Manufacture

The ‘extended frame’ components are defined by electronic files in a format compatible with the automated equipment used for manufacture.

This allows for the ‘units’ to be manufactured and shipped from the location where the materials and equipment are available.

The design process and component definition include well documented quality control procedures to ensure the components meet that same standards wherever they are manufactured. Fabrication is completed in a factory environment with the assembly restricted to the ‘fastening’ the parts together.
